My name is Iva, and I’ve spent my career as a management consultant specializing in business strategy, project management, and business development. Over the years, I’ve come to realize that the most successful business leaders are also remarkable mentors, powered by strong leadership skills.

Through my own journey, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and crafting impactful strategies on both national and international levels. By training teams and guiding managers, I’ve helped many individuals to grow personally and professionally - empowering them to become more efficient, confident, and successful leaders.
