We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, Austrian DSG) and this privacy policy.

2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

a) When Visiting Our Website

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits the following data to our server: IP address, date and time of the request, content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, as well as your browser and operating system.

This data is used exclusively to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our services. This data is not combined with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

b) Newsletter & Freebies (MailerLite)

When you sign up for our newsletter or request a free resource (e.g. the CEO Pocket Guide), we collect your email address. Processing is carried out via MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Lithuania, EU). Your data is used exclusively for sending information, freebies, and newsletter content. You can find MailerLite's privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting iva.kozul@beliva.at). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

c) Appointment Booking (Cal.com, Microsoft Bookings)

For online appointment booking we use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) and Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Ireland). When you book an appointment, your name and email address are transmitted to the respective service. You can find their privacy policies at cal.com/privacy and privacy.microsoft.com. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

d) Payment Processing (Stripe)

For payments for our offers (e.g. Power Sessions) we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). When you make a payment, the payment details you enter (name, email address, payment information) are processed directly by Stripe; we ourselves do not receive complete credit card data. You can find Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

e) Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email, message) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. It is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

f) Website Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to analyze website usage. Clarity collects anonymized usage data (clicks, scrolling behavior, heatmaps). No personal data is passed on to Microsoft. You can find Microsoft's privacy policy at privacy.microsoft.com. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner).

g) Hosting (Netlify)

Our website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you access the website, Netlify processes the server log data mentioned under point a) on our behalf. You can find Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable operation).

h) Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Lora, Lato) are hosted locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established when the page loads.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set without consent. For analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) we ask for your consent via the cookie banner. Embedded third-party services (MailerLite, Cal.com, Stripe) may also set cookies when you use them (e.g. when opening the signup form or the booking calendar). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cache or contacting us.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the performance of a contract (e.g. Cal.com for appointment bookings, Stripe for payments, MailerLite for newsletters) or where you have given your express consent. All service providers we use are obliged to comply with data protection regulations.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption for the secure transmission of all data (recognizable by "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser's address bar). We employ technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, and unauthorized access.
